The problem

Recruitment agencies often outgrow their spreadsheets long before they can justify the cost of enterprise CRM software. The intermediate stage is chaotic: candidate data gets lost, interview feedback isn't logged, and pipeline visibility drops to zero.

The solution

A lightweight, purpose-built CRM that models the exact day-to-day operations of the agency. By keeping the schema focused purely on the agency's actual workflow (Candidate → Screen → Client Interview → Placement), the application adoption rate was immediate.
